TERMS OF SERVICE
01. GENERAL TERMS
- I’d rather you inform me before hand if you’re not interested to commission anymore. Ghosting is annoying and wastes everyone’s time.
- Prices may vary due to complexity on each commission.
- Form of communication is whatever you feel comfortable with. (via email, discord, instagram, snapchat, phone messages, etc.)
- Commissions take from a few days up to a few weeks. I will send updates of the progress regularly. Though, in the case I haven’t sent an update in a while, don’t be afraid to ask for one!
- Be aware that I have a queue, working on multiple works at once can be difficult! Upon messaging me, I will let you know where you stand in the queue and an estimate of how much time you will have left until I get started with yours. Please let me know if you would still go through with the commission or not, in case other people would want to know in what place they are in queue.
- Any references and details sent for the commission must be comprehensible. Please be able to send a clear reference of the character(s) and have a specific emotion/pose in mind. If you’re not sure, have a backstory or info of the character(s) sent and I’ll see what I can make of that.
- I can reject any commission request for any reason.
02. USAGE
- You agree that you allow me to post the work as an example on my portfolio or post anywhere else to promote myself. Don’t worry, I will credit you for ownership of the characters of the commissioned piece or add (i.e.) “Commissioned by: randycandy05”
- You may use the artwork for personal uses ONLY and may post anywhere, so long as you give me proper credit. You may not profit off of the artwork in any way unless we have discussed otherwise.
- You may absolutely NOT under any circumstances claim artwork as your own, remove my watermark, or change the artwork in any form.
03. PAYMENT
- Once I have sent the sketch, you will review it and consider if revisions should be made, I offer 4 revisions ONLY in the sketch phase, after that revisions would be a small fee.
- You will pay 50% of the payment after I send the sketch so I can start with your commission.
- After I am done with the commission, I will send a watermarked proof of completion and send you the unwatermarked version once you have completed your payment.
FAILURE TO STAND BY THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN YOUR NAME BEING PUBLICLY BLACKLISTED.
